This place is a rip off it's for people who have no credit and they try to make you pay for weeks you don't even have the items delivery is when ever they want..and they don't care what you think about it. Thumbs down on these jerks..you caint even get in touch with there management to to what's going on they like ripping people off and laugh as there doing it ..you'll see for your self..why pay full amount and then some for used items really folks get a life save your time and money with these folks are you'll be sorry just watch and see.

Thank you Joe. You and your delivery team went above and beyond to make sure we had a new washing machine delivered at a last minutes notice when No One else in my area would. It was Saturday afternoon an my washing machine had just given out and leaked all over. The best anyone else could do was bring me a machine did not want for too much money in about a week. One call to this Plano RAC and I had just what I wanted at a great price delivered the following buisness day. It's refreshing to get such personal service.

Joe was extremely helpful! He answered all my questions and went out of his way to help me find the perfect recliner. The day of delivery i had a family emergency and i called the store to let them know. Joe called his delivery guy and told him to come to my house as soon as possible. Not even 30 minutes passed and they showed up! He was amazing and so was the delivery guy! Thank you!

Joe the store manager and Landon the assistant manager at this location are apsolutly the most professional people I have met in a really really long time. Anytime I need an item they get me the best deal they can and explain how I can save more money with the terms I have and get me the product quickly. At the end of the day yes it is a little more than I would pay else where but I get the product I need quickly and on terms that I can afford. It definitely works and will defiantly do buisness with these people for years to come no doubt.

I cannot say enough about the staff at this location! More specifically Joe. I had a horrible time with the online ordering and Joe came to my rescue! Not only did he bust his butt to get my order corrected, he helped me find items within my budget, and in my opinion, went above and beyond. I highly recommend foregoing online ordering and just calling or walking in. You won't regret it!
